Trekkers climbing Kala Patthar peak (c. 5640m) above Gorakshep in the Khumbu Valley. Pumori (7161m) is above them. Everest Base Camp Trek, Sagarmatha National Park, Nepal. Kala Patthar is one of the best and certainly the most popular view-points available to trekkers. It is located in the upper part of the Khumbu Valley, above Gorakshep and the Everest Base Camp and at the foot of the beautiful Pumori mountain.
