There is a mosque in the Taj Mahal complex, which is situated west of the mausoleum. On the opposite – eastern – side is alike building constructed for the symmetry, which can not be a mosque itself as it does not face Mecca. It is called jawāb – the answer. Similarly like the mosque, it gives good opportunities for interesting photographs of the mausoleum. It is seen here on a September morning, shortly after sunrise. The famous mausoleum has been built by the emperor of India Shah Jahan (Muhammad Khurram), for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal (Arjumand Banu Begum) after her death in 1631. It is considered a symbol of love, one of the wonders of the world. It is a UNESCO World Heritage Site and the most famous landmarks of India. Agra, Uttar Pradesh.
