Description

A part of the dome and the spire of Boudhanath, the Boudha Stupa of Kathmandu. A late afternoon view photographed on a clear autumn day in the warm light of the setting sun. The tower is gold-plated and the eyes, representing Buddha's wisdom, are often referred to as the all-seeing eyes of the Buddha. Boudhanath is one of the World Heritage Sites of Kathmandu and one of the main tourist attractions in Nepal's capital.
