Description

A part of the dome and the spire of Boudhanath, the Boudha Stupa in Kathmandu, photographed just before the sunset on a clear autumn day. The tower is gold-plated and the eyes, representing Buddha's wisdom, are often referred to as the all-seeing eyes of the Buddha. Boudhanath is one of the UNESCO World Heritage Sites of the Kathmandu Valley and one of the main tourist attractions in Nepal's capital.
